Ordered 2 NB-13Ls. Only one would charge. Wasabi promptly sent another. Both batteries good and charged!

Great product but even better customer service.

I’ve used Wasabi batteries for multiple cameras for many years. All perform well. A particular convenience is the small chargers. The actual insert piece for the particular battery is removable, so if you have multiple cameras with different batteries, as long as the voltage specs are the same (check carefully) you can just bring the insert and swap it out as needed with the one charger. VERY convenient and space-saving for travel. Also, the charger electric prongs fold into the charger base, also very convenient for travel.

But a shout out to customer service. I recently has an issue, I called, a guy in America answered right away in native English, no questions asked, took care of the problem, and a few days later, a package arrived which took care of the problem. That’s service you just can’t find in too many other places these days.
