I ordered a special power supply. After that I found that I had one spare. Tried to cancel the order within the same day but it has already shipped. When I e-mailed them I was told to just write “return to sender” on the package and send it back and they promised to refund the item. I thought that they were treating me fairly having caused them extra work.

The shipment was faster than I expected so I put this charger to work right away and it worked great on 2 of my old batteries. Looks like I'll be ordering another battery or two. Also got the wall travel charger and it charges fast.

Charger is fine, but the battery is over 12 years old. The battery life is dead. I have to purchase a new battery
