Replacement

I purchased 2 batteries from Amazon. I went to do a shoot and put the first battery in and it was DEAD! (Luckily I had my second battery). I tried to charge it and it would not function. I e-mailed the company and they were quick to make things right. I had a reaplcement battery within a few days. Great customer service.
