Great customer service in that they sent out replacements, horrible product and that the best of the four charge to 40% and lasted a week in my Arlo camera on my back deck that is triggered at most three times a week.

Good value for 2 batteries and charger

I placed the batteries on the included charger right out of the box. When the lights went green I placed them in my cameras. 1 battery showed 100% charge. The other only showed 70%. I'll see how they last.
