Great Customer Service

I ordered a four-pack and one battery was a dud. I simply contacted Wasabi Power through their website, provided some order numbers, and they shipped me a replacement. These batteries have become my go-to for keeping some older cameras running. Other brands bloated over time and no longer fit in the battery housings.

Sony NP-FW50 Battery

I initially ordered the Sony NP-FW50 Battery (2-Pack) and Charger. The order arrived quickly, however one of the Batteries was slightly swollen making it difficult to insert and remove from the camera. I emailed Wasabi explaining the problem, I was contacted the next day and was informed that they would ship a replacement battery at no charge. The replacement battery arrived quickly and was perfect. Wasabi Power was a pleasure to deal with and have high quality products. I would definitely recommend their products as well as their customer service.

Great Battery from a Company who has GREAT Customer Service !!

I bought batteries and charger from Wasabi Power and had an issue with one battery. I called the customer service help line and was promptly sent a replacement battery. It is great to still have companies who value their customers.
