Fujifilm NP-W126, NP-W126S Micro USB Dual Battery Charger by Wasabi Power?

Wasabi battery charger was replaced as original one that came with order was defective. Instructions are printed on the back of the charger in small print. I found that if the batteries are charged and you place them in the charger both red and green lights flash. This is confusing for a first time user. If you don't follow the instructions, the battery charger will not function properly. Batteries must be placed in charger before plugging in the power cord. This is important and instruction should be more prominently displayed on the sheet that is included in the box with the charger and power cord. Battery charger when properly used works very well.
