I brought the first unit less than 6 months ago. Went on a trip taking many pictures. Upon return, I recharged the battery for the second time and took it out of the camera. When I tried to use it recently, it was dead. I emailed WasabiPower and got a new replacement battery in days. In term of their customer service, it was excellent. In term of the design and durability, it remains to be determined. Hope it works out fine.

The battery does not seems to last as long as the mAh power rating, but works fine.

Good Batteries & Great Customer Service

Have had Wasabi batteries for 3 Nikon cameras. Have all performed well and when they didn't the were quickly replaced under warranty. Will continue to use.

Giving them one more chance...

I purchased a Wasabi battery Dec 2021. By Dec 2022, it would no longer charge. I am giving this one more shot. If this battery dies within a year, there will be no more Wasabi for me.
