The Clutch Power Bank Hand Grip for my GoPro Hero 10 is great. It feels good in the hand and provides the extra battery power I was looking for. Great power bank and fantastic customer support

I purchased back in October and noticed that the battery took longer to charge than normal. Over time it took longer and longer to charge to the point where the last couple of times it took 16 hours to fully charge. So after owning this unit for 5 months I contacted Wasabi customer service. They responded immediately, apologized for my inconvenience and sent me a brand new unit. Now that is what I call customer service. Great company with great products and fantastic customer support.
