Dead batteries!!

I charged both batteries until the light on the changing unit turned green. Inserted into my camera and…nothing. So I tried charging them again. Put into camera and NOTHING. So I took them to the local Ace hardware store and they checked them with a voltmeter and guess what??? 0 charge!!! You sent me dead batteries. I want my money back. I sent a pic of voltmeter reading and YOUR WASABI battery. Send me my money.
