Warranty Replacement

Thank you for choosing Wasabi Power! Since 2007, we've offered a 3-year warranty on most products with the goal that you are 100% fully satisfied. If this is not the case, we sincerely apologize and promise to make it right.

If your item never worked...

Please contact us so we can diagnose the problem and get you the right items you need. Please include an order number and phone number.

If your item has stopped working...

Please send an e-mail to help@wasabipower.com with the following information:

  1. A copy/screenshot/email of the original order receipt. This should include the order number, order date and part number of the item you purchased.
  2. Tell us which items need to be replaced and describe the problem. Please include your camera model and firmware version if applicable. Photos help too.
  3. The shipping address that we can send the replacement to.
  4. A phone number where you can be reached.
  5. The batch code on the product. This is stamped in black and can be difficult to read. It normally starts with a B and has 5 letters and numbers.


For customers in the USA:

  • Orders in the past 30 days are eligible for a full refund or exchange.
  • Orders in the past 90 days are eligible for a free replacement.
  • Orders past 90 days (but within 3 years) will be assessed a $6 shipping fee for a replacement.
